We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in a remote, full-time role. You’ll help design, build, and scale the core systems and products that support our customers and business. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to turn complex problems into reliable, maintainable software. You’ll take ownership of important technical projects, contribute to architecture decisions, improve engineering practices, and mentor other engineers. Our mission is to build secure, scalable, and user-focused software that can grow with the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, thoughtful system design, and collaborating in a remote team environment.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong experience building and maintaining production web applications or distributed systems. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Ruby, or similar. Experience designing APIs, services, and backend systems. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, data modeling, and engineering best practices. Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools. Ability to debug complex issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Proven ability to own technical projects from planning through delivery. Ability to mentor teammates and improve overall engineering quality.
Experience working on high-scale SaaS products. Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or distributed architectures. Experience with AI, automation, data platforms, or developer tools. Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams. Experience improving developer productivity, reliability, or performance at scale.
