We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead visual design across Talvora's product interfaces, translating user needs and product goals into clear, polished user interfaces. You will own end-to-end UI work: produce high-fidelity screens, define reusable component patterns, and hand off production-ready assets to engineers. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to keep visual quality consistent and to raise the overall design standard. Success in this role means shipping clear, consistent interfaces that are easy to implement and maintain: a strong, documented set of UI patterns and delivered screens that engineers can convert to production with minimal rework.
- Portfolio with at least two shipped product UI case studies that show process, decisions, and outcomes (include link on your resume) - Proven experience producing high-fidelity interfaces and handing off production-ready assets to engineering - Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, prototypes) or an equivalent design tool, demonstrated in your portfolio - Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, layout, and iconography - Experience creating or contributing to a design system or component library, including naming, tokens, and documentation - Practical experience working with engineering teams on implementation details (CSS specs, design tokens, or component props) - Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with motion and interaction design for UI micro-interactions - Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG) and designing inclusive interfaces - Experience using product analytics or user research to drive and validate visual design decisions
