We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who turns product requirements and user research into high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma. You will own visual and interaction design for significant product areas, create and maintain component libraries, and drive quality from concept through handoff. Success in this role means shipping pixel-accurate designs that developers can implement, reducing iteration during implementation, and producing clear design documentation and prototypes that guide product decisions. You will work closely with product partners and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and maintainable.
- Expert proficiency in Figma: component libraries, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and use of Inspect/dev handoff features. - Portfolio demonstrating recent, shipped high-fidelity UI designs and interactive Figma prototypes (include links to work). - Experience creating and documenting reusable design systems or component libraries in Figma, with clear naming, tokens, and versioning practices. - Strong interaction design skills: ability to produce flows, wireframes, and pixel-ready screens covering responsive breakpoints. - Proven experience preparing developer handoff artifacts: specs, spacing/token documentation, and assets exported or linked from Figma. - Comfortable converting research or requirements into measurable design decisions and iterating based on feedback and usability testing. - Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to present design rationale and align stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices and designing for inclusive experiences. - Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) or experience prototyping in code to validate interactions. - Experience with motion or advanced interaction tools (After Effects, Principle, or Figma Smart Animate workflows).
